About Me:

I have worked with children and adults of all ages for over 30 years as a special education teacher and as a therapist in both Georgia and Florida. My work with couples, families, and individuals has made a difference in their lives in that they were able to meet someone who offered them unconditional positive regard and guidance.

I am certified as a marriage counselor and an anger management specialist, and I am qualified to teach anger management classes and administer assessments for the court system.

In my time as a counselor I have worked with individuals diagnosed with dual diagnoses, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorders, and various other diagnoses. My firm belief is that everyone deserves to be treated uniquely and that a label can never fully explain who a person is and what he or she needs from counseling.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 15650).

I also hold the following degrees and certifications:

Masters in Special Education: North Ga. College

Masters in Counseling: Argosy University

Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy

National Certified Counselor

Certified Life Coach

Anger Management Specialist

Member of the National Counseling Association

I wrote two books:

Anger Management: "How to save your Relationship"

"She Types": Identifying the Unconscious Stereotypes of Women and how to transform them

If you attend anger management individual or group classes the anger management book is free.

If you come for counseling my book "She Types" is free. There is an explanation of this book in Amazon.
